Method

Prepare the Garlic Cilantro Aioli

  1. 1

    Make the Aioli

In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well until smooth and set aside.

Cook the Bacon

  1. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.

Blacken the Fish

  1. 3

    Season and Cook the Fish

Rub the fish fillets with olive oil and coat them evenly with the blackening spice blend. Heat a skillet over high heat until hot. Place the seasoned fish in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and blackened. Remove from heat.

Assemble the BLT

  1. 4

    Build the Sandwich

On the bottom half of each brioche bun, spread a generous amount of garlic cilantro aioli. Layer with romaine lettuce, blackened fish, crispy bacon, and slices of beefsteak tomato. Top with the other half of the brioche bun.

Serve

Serve immediately with your favorite side dish, such as fries or a salad.
