Method

Preparation of Cauliflower

  1. 1

Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).

  2. 2

Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

Buffalo Sauce

  1. 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine the buffalo sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and salt.

  2. 4

Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the buffalo sauce mixture.

Baking

  1. 5

Spread the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  2. 6

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and crispy, flipping halfway through.

Ranch Dressing

  1. 7

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  2. 8

Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.

Remove the buffalo cauliflower from the oven and let it cool slightly.

  2. 10

Serve warm with the ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
