Chill the Glass
Start by chilling your cocktail glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and setting it aside while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the Old Elk Bourbon, Punt e Mes, Carpano Antica, and orange bitters.

Add Ice
Fill the mixing glass with ice, using about 1 cup of ice cubes.

Stir the Mixture
Stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled and diluted.

Prepare the Glass
Discard the ice water from your chilled cocktail glass and strain the cocktail mixture into the glass using a fine mesh strainer to catch any ice shards.

Garnish
Express the oils from the orange peel over the drink by holding it over the glass and giving it a slight twist. Drop the peel into the drink as a garnish.

Serve
Enjoy your Still cocktail immediately while it's still chilled.
