Juicing the Lemon
Cut the lemon in half and use a juicer or your hands to extract fresh lemon juice. Measure out 1 oz of lemon juice for the cocktail.
Preparing the Glass
Select a highball or rocks glass. Fill it with ice cubes to chill.
Mixing the Cocktail
Combining Ingredients
In a shaker, combine 2 oz of BirdDog Peach Whiskey and 1 oz of fresh lemon juice. Add ice to the shaker.
Shaking
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill and combine the flavors.
Pouring
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.
Adding Ginger Beer
Top off the cocktail with 4 oz of ginger beer. Stir gently to combine.
Garnishing

Garnish the drink with 2 slices of fresh peach and 5 mint leaves for a refreshing aroma and presentation.
