Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice a baguette into 12 pieces and brush each slice with olive oil. Toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Top with diced tomatoes, basil, and garlic mixture. Serve warm.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean 24 mushroom caps and remove the stems. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, and herbs. Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes until golden.

Marinate 6 chicken breasts in olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes. Grill each piece on medium heat for 6-8 minutes per side until fully cooked.

Chop a mix of seasonal vegetables (like bell peppers, zucchini, and carrots) into bite-sized pieces. Toss them in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes.
