Preparation of Brisket

Slice the Smoked Brisket
Thinly slice the smoked brisket into bite-sized pieces.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Layer Tortilla Chips
Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking tray.

Add Brisket
Evenly distribute the BBQ brisket mixture over the tortilla chips.

Sprinkle Cheese
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously over the top of the brisket.

Scatter sliced jalapeños over the cheese layer according to your spice preference.
Baking and Serving
