Preparing the Filling

Cook chicken
Add diced chicken breast to the skillet; cook until lightly browned and just cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.

Make creamy filling
Reduce heat to low and stir in cream cheese until melted and smooth. Add fresh tarragon; season with salt and pepper to taste.
Wrapping the Bundles

Assemble bundles
Place a line of filling along the edge of the phyllo stack. Roll tightly to form a bundle; seal ends. Repeat for remaining filling.

Chill before baking
Optional: Chill bundles 10 minutes to help hold shape during baking.
Bake the Bundles

Preheat and bake
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Place bundles seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter.

Bake until golden
Bake 20-25 minutes, or until phyllo is crisp and golden. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Meanwhile, cook white rice according to package instructions to yield about 1 cup cooked per serving.

Sauté or steam vegetables until tender-crisp; season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
