Prepare the Steak
Season the steak with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Dredge each piece in all-purpose flour until fully coated.

Fry the Steak
In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and let drain on paper towels.

Poach the Eggs
In a separate pot, bring water to a gentle simmer. Crack each egg into a small bowl, then gently slide into the simmering water. Poach for about 3-4 minutes until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny. Remove with a slotted spoon.

Prepare the country gravy as per the packet instructions using milk and water. Stir until thickened.
