Prepare the Egg Mixture
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Grand Marnier, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Soak the Brioche
Dip each slice of brioche bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well soaked. Allow excess mixture to drip off.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the applewood smoked bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Cook the French Toast
In the same skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add soaked brioche slices and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Add more butter as needed.

Serve
Serve the French toast warm, topped with whipped butter and drizzled with Wisconsin maple syrup. Serve with crispy bacon on the side.
