Method

Preparation and Cooking

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and slice the Yukon Gold potatoes into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

  2. 2

    Heat the Oil

In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  3. 3

    Fry the Chips

Carefully add the potato slices in batches to the hot oil. Fry for about 3-4 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

  4. 4

    Season the Chips

While the chips are still hot, sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over them. Toss gently to ensure all chips are coated.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the Stadium Chips hot with ranch dressing and buffalo sauce on the side for dipping.
