Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patties

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Form into two patties.

  2. 2

    Smoke the Patties

Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Place the burger patties in the smoker and smoke for about 1 hour or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).

  3. 3

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each burger bun, place a smoked burger patty. Top with pulled pork, a slice of cheddar cheese, bacon, and onion rings. Drizzle with sweet BBQ sauce and finish with the top bun.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve immediately with extra BBQ sauce on the side if desired.
