Pork Tenderloin

Brioche Bun

Optional Toppings

Method

Prepare the Pork Tenderloin

  1. 1

    Season the Pork

Rub the pork tenderloin with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.

  2. 2

    Bread the Pork

Set up a breading station: Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs in a third. Dredge the seasoned pork in flour, dip it into the egg, and then coat it with breadcrumbs.

Fry the Pork

  1. 3

    Heat the Oil

In a large frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers.

  2. 4

    Fry the Pork

Carefully place the breaded pork tenderloin into the hot oil. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  3. 5

    Drain the Pork

Once cooked, remove the pork from the oil and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Assemble the Sandwich

  1. 6

    Prepare the Bun

Slice the brioche buns in half and toast them lightly, if desired.

  2. 7

    Add the Pork

Place the cooked pork tenderloin on the bottom half of each brioche bun.

  3. 8

    Add Optional Toppings

Top the pork with lettuce, tomato slices, mayonnaise, and pickles as desired. Place the top half of the brioche bun on top.
