Prepare the Pork Tenderloin

Season the Pork
Rub the pork tenderloin with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.

Fry the Pork

Heat the Oil
In a large frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers.

Fry the Pork
Carefully place the breaded pork tenderloin into the hot oil. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Drain the Pork
Once cooked, remove the pork from the oil and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Assemble the Sandwich

Prepare the Bun
Slice the brioche buns in half and toast them lightly, if desired.

Add the Pork
Place the cooked pork tenderloin on the bottom half of each brioche bun.

Add Optional Toppings
Top the pork with lettuce, tomato slices, mayonnaise, and pickles as desired. Place the top half of the brioche bun on top.
