Prepare the Cheese Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Using an electric mixer or a hand mixer, beat the cheeses together until smooth and creamy.

Add the drained and chopped pimentos, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, and hot sauce to the cheese mixture. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
