Method
Citrus Mimosa

Prepare the Ingredients
Juice fresh oranges to yield 1 cup of orange juice. Slice 2 orange slices for garnish.

Mix the Mimosa
In a flute glass, pour 1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice and top it with 1 cup of Champagne or sparkling wine. Stir gently.

Garnish
Add the orange slices on the rim of the glass for garnish.
Berry Mimosa

Prepare the Ingredients
Juice fresh strawberries to yield 1 cup of strawberry juice. Keep 2 whole strawberries for garnish.

Mix the Mimosa
In a flute glass, pour 1 cup of freshly squeezed strawberry juice and top it with 1 cup of Champagne or sparkling wine. Stir gently.

Place the whole strawberries on the rim of the glass for garnish.
Pineapple Mimosa

Juice fresh pineapples to yield 1 cup of pineapple juice. Cut 2 pineapple wedges for garnish.

In a flute glass, pour 1 cup of freshly squeezed pineapple juice and top it with 1 cup of Champagne or sparkling wine. Stir gently.

Grapefruit Mimosa

Juice fresh grapefruits to yield 1 cup of grapefruit juice. Slice 2 grapefruit slices for garnish.
