Citrus Mimosa

Citrus Mimosa

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Juice fresh oranges to yield 1 cup of orange juice. Slice 2 orange slices for garnish.

    Mix the Mimosa

    In a flute glass, pour 1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice and top it with 1 cup of Champagne or sparkling wine. Stir gently.

    Garnish

    Add the orange slices on the rim of the glass for garnish.

Berry Mimosa

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Juice fresh strawberries to yield 1 cup of strawberry juice. Keep 2 whole strawberries for garnish.

    In a flute glass, pour 1 cup of freshly squeezed strawberry juice and top it with 1 cup of Champagne or sparkling wine. Stir gently.
