Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare Cornbread
If using homemade cornbread, ensure it's cooled and then cut it into cubes. If using store-bought, simply cube it. You will need about 4 cups of cubed cornbread.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and celery, sautéing until they are softened, about 5-7 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed cornbread, sautéed vegetables, and all the herbs and spices (sage, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper). Toss gently to combine.

Add Wet Ingredients
Pour in the vegetable broth and beaten eggs. Mix gently until all ingredients are well combined but not overly mashed.
Baking

Transfer to Baking Dish
Transfer the stuffing mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the top is golden brown and crispy.

Let Cool
Allow the cornbread stuffing to cool for a few minutes before serving. This will help it set and make it easier to serve.
