Preparation
Prepare the Ham
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Place the bone-in ham on a rack in a roasting pan, flat side down. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern, about 1/4 inch deep, to allow the glaze to seep in.
Make the Glaze
In a medium saucepan, combine the brown sugar, pineapple juice, honey, ground cloves, and ground cinnamon. Heat over medium heat while stirring until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
Glaze the Ham
Brush a generous amount of the glaze over the scored surface of the ham. Reserve some glaze for basting later.
Cooking
Bake the Ham
Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil and bake for about 2 hours, or until heated through, basting every 30 minutes with the reserved glaze.
Add Pineapple and Cherries
During the last 30 minutes of cooking, arrange pineapple rings on top of the ham and insert a maraschino cherry in the center of each ring. Brush with additional glaze.
Finish and Serve
Remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C). Bake for an additional 15 minutes until the glaze is caramelized and bubbly. Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
