Prepare the Pot

In a large, heavy pot, bring 4 quarts of water to a rolling boil.

Add Seasoning

Stir in the Old Bay seasoning, halved lemon, crushed garlic, and salt and black pepper to taste.

Cook the Potatoes

Add the halved new potatoes to the pot and boil for about 10-12 minutes, or until slightly tender.

Add Sausage

Add the sliced Andouille sausage to the pot and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Add Corn

Add the corn pieces to the pot and boil for another 5 minutes.

Cook the Shrimp

Finally, add the shrimp to the pot and cook for about 3-5 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.

Drain and Serve

Carefully drain the pot and serve the Low Country Boil on a large platter. Enjoy!
