Preparation
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).

Season the Wings
In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss the chicken wings in the mixture until well coated.

Place the wings on the smoker rack and smoke for 1.5-2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Heat oil in a deep fryer or a large pot. Once the wings are smoked, fry them for 3-5 minutes until golden and crispy.
