Prepare the Beans
Soak the northern, pinto, and small red beans overnight in water. Drain and rinse before cooking.

Cook the Bacon
In a large pot over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove bacon, crumble, and set aside. Leave the bacon fat in the pot.

Combine Ingredients
Add the soaked beans, crumbled bacon, and pulled pork to the pot with the sautéed vegetables. Stir to combine.

Simmer
Add enough water to cover the beans and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 1 hour, or until beans are tender.

Bake
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the bean mixture to a baking dish and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.

Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your baked beans!
