Prepare the Biscuit Dough
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the milk until just combined. Do not overmix.

Scramble the Eggs
In the same skillet, drain excess bacon fat, leaving about 1 tablespoon. Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Assemble the Biscuits
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out the biscuit dough on a floured surface to about 1-inch thickness. Cut into rounds using a biscuit cutter.

Fill the Biscuits
On half of the biscuit rounds, layer with bacon, scrambled eggs, and a generous amount of cheddar cheese. Top with the remaining biscuit rounds and seal the edges.

Place the filled biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
