Prepare the Wings

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the Chicken Wings
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Season the Wings
In a large bowl, mix the baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken wings and toss until they are well coated.

Arrange on Baking Sheet
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a cooling rack on top. Arrange the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer on the cooling rack.
Bake the Wings

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
Make the Buffalo Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the hot sauce, unsalted butter, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.

Heat the Sauce
Stir the mixture until the butter is melted and the sauce is heated through. Remove from heat.
Coat the Wings

Toss with Sauce
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
