Brew the Coffee
In a large pitcher, combine the coarsely ground coffee with 4 cups of cold water. Stir well to ensure all coffee grounds are saturated.

Steep the Coffee
Cover the pitcher and let the coffee steep at room temperature for 12 to 24 hours, depending on how strong you want your coffee.

Strain the Coffee
After steeping, strain the coffee through a fine mesh sieve or coffee filter into another pitcher to remove the coffee grounds.

Prepare the Glass
Fill a tall glass with 2 cups of ice cubes.

Add Cream and Sugar
Add 1/4 cup of heavy cream and 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar to the coffee. Stir well to combine.

Serve and Enjoy
Taste the iced coffee and adjust the sugar or cream to your liking. Serve immediately.
