Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Boil the Eggs

Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water, ensuring there's about an inch of water above the eggs. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, cover the saucepan and remove it from heat. Let the eggs sit for 12-15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cool the Eggs

After the sitting time, carefully transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water. Let them cool for about 5-10 minutes to stop the cooking process.

Making the Filling

  1. 3

    Peel the Eggs

Once cooled, gently tap each egg on a hard surface to crack the shell, then peel under running water for easier removal.

  2. 4

    Prepare the Filling

Slice each egg in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise, yellow mustard, white vinegar, salt, and black pepper to the yolks. Mash and mix until smooth.

Assembly

  1. 5

    Fill the Egg Whites

Using a spoon or a piping bag, fill the hollowed-out egg white halves with the yolk mixture.

  2. 6

    Garnish

Sprinkle paprika on top of each filled egg, and if desired, garnish with fresh parsley.
