In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Toss to coat the wings evenly.

Spread the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden.

In a separate large bowl, toss the baked wings with hot sauce until well coated.
Making the Ranch Dressing

In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Whisk the mixture until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
