Prepare the Chicken
Begin by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Bread the Chicken
Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip it in the egg, and finally coat it in bread crumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the breaded chicken breasts and fry for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and let drain on paper towels.

Make the Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine hot sauce, butter, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until the butter is melted and the mixture is well combined.

Coat Chicken
Once the chicken is fried and has drained, dip each piece into the buffalo sauce, ensuring they are well coated. Set aside.
Mac and Cheese

Cook the Macaroni
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Make the Cheese Sauce
In the same pot, over medium heat, add milk and bring to a simmer. Then, add shredded white cheddar and cream cheese, stirring until melted and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper.

Combine Macaroni and Cheese Sauce
Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until well combined.

On a plate, place a generous serving of the creamy white cheddar mac and cheese. Top with the buffalo chicken pieces. Drizzle ranch dressing over the top and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
