Preparation of Mac & Cheese

Cook Elbow Macaroni
Boil a pot of salted water and cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Make Cheese Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute. Gradually whisk in the milk and bring the mixture to a simmer. Once thickened, add the cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

Combine Mac & Cheese
Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce, stirring to combine. Set aside.
Assemble Tacos

Add Drizzle
Drizzle BBQ sauce and ranch dressing over the top of each taco.
Serve
