Method
Preparing the BBQ Brisket

Chop the Brisket
Chop the BBQ brisket into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Heat the BBQ Sauce
In a small saucepan, heat the BBQ sauce over low heat until warmed. Set aside.
Making the Mac & Cheese

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add elbow macaroni and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Add Milk
Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes.

Incorporate Cheeses
Reduce heat to low and add the cheddar cheese and cream cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.

Season the Cheese Sauce
Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the cheese sauce. Stir to combine.

Combine Pasta and Cheese Sauce
Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix until the pasta is well coated.
