Dip each piece of chicken first in the egg, then in the flour mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.

In a deep frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Carefully add the coated chicken pieces to the hot oil in batches. Fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

In a saucepan, combine the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame seeds.
