Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare Garlic Butter

Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.

  3. 3

    Chop Parsley

Finely chop the parsley and add it to the garlic butter mixture.

  4. 4

    Slice Bread

Cut the French bread in half lengthwise to create two long pieces.

Assembly

  1. 5

    Spread Garlic Butter

Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the French bread.

  2. 6

    Add Cheese

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the garlic butter, followed by the Parmesan cheese.

  3. 7

    Bake

Place the prepared bread halves on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serving

  1. 8

    Serve with Marinara

Remove the garlic cheese bread from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
