Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare Vegetables

Chop the onion, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes. Rinse and chop the spinach. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cooking

  1. 3

    Sauté Vegetables

In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the spinach and cherry tomatoes, sautéing for another 2-3 minutes until the spinach wilts.

  2. 4

    Mix Eggs

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, dried oregano, and chopped basil until well combined.

  3. 5

    Combine Mixtures

Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed vegetables in the skillet. Gently stir to evenly distribute the vegetables.

  4. 6

    Add Cheese

Sprinkle the feta and shredded cheese over the egg and vegetable mixture.

  5. 7

    Bake Frittata

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the frittata is set and lightly golden on top.

Serving

  1. 8

    Cool and Slice

Remove the frittata from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Slice into wedges and serve warm or at room temperature.
