Chill the Glass
Begin by chilling a rocks glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and setting it aside while you prepare the cocktail.

Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, add the Sazerac Rye, Aperol, Amaro, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Prepare the Glass
Discard the ice water from the chilled rocks glass and strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.

Garnish
Garnish the drink with a Luxardo cherry placed in the center of the glass.
