Pancakes
- 1
Prepare Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- 2
- 3
Combine Ingredients
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined. Do not overmix; a few lumps are okay.
- 4
Add Chocolate Chips
Fold in the chocolate chips gently into the batter.
- 5
Heat the Pan
In a non-stick skillet or griddle, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
- 6
Cook Pancakes
Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Flip the pancakes and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- 7
Keep Warm
Transfer cooked pancakes to a plate and keep them warm in a low oven while you repeat with the remaining batter.
- 8
Serve
Serve warm with whipped cream on top.

In the chilled bowl, combine the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- 11
Beat until Stiff Peaks Form
Using an electric mixer, beat the mixture on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
- 12
Serve
Spoon the whipped cream over the warm chocolate chip pancakes and enjoy!
