Preparation of Cauliflower
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) to prepare for roasting the cauliflower.

Prepare the Cauliflower
Wash the cauliflower head and cut it into small florets, ensuring they are roughly the same size for even cooking.

Season the Cauliflower
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Roasting

Roast the Cauliflower
Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and tender, flipping halfway through for even roasting.
Buffalo Sauce Preparation

Make the Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, add the buffalo sauce and stir until well combined. Remove from heat.
Serving
- 6
Toss the Cauliflower in Buffalo Sauce
Once the cauliflower is roasted, transfer it to a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over it. Toss gently to coat all the florets evenly.
