Method

Wings Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Egg Wash

In another bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined.

  4. 4

    Coat the Chicken

Dip each piece of chicken first into the egg wash, then coat it thoroughly with the dry mixture.

  5. 5

    Heat the Oil

In a deep skillet or fryer, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  6. 6

    Fry the Chicken

Fry the coated chicken pieces in batches for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Sauce Preparation

  1. 7

    Toss the Wings

In a large mixing bowl, combine the fried chicken pieces with the sweet Thai chili sauce. Toss until evenly coated.

  2. 8

    Serve with Yum Yum Sauce

Serve the boneless wings warm with yum yum sauce on the side for dipping.
