Wings Preparation

Prepare the Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Coat the Chicken
Dip each piece of chicken first into the egg wash, then coat it thoroughly with the dry mixture.

Heat the Oil
In a deep skillet or fryer, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the coated chicken pieces in batches for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the fried chicken pieces with the sweet Thai chili sauce. Toss until evenly coated.
