Prepare the Broth

Add Tomato Base
Stir in the tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes, then add the canned diced tomatoes, beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaves, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and thyme. Bring to a simmer.

Simmer the Broth
Reduce the heat and let the broth simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Cook the Proteins

Cook the Beef
In a separate skillet, cook the cubed filet mignon over medium-high heat until browned and cooked to your desired doneness, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Cook the Shrimp
In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Prepare the Noodles and Serve

Assemble the Dish
In serving bowls, divide the cooked noodles. Ladle the hot broth over the noodles, then top with the cooked beef, shrimp, halved boiled eggs, and sliced green onions.
