Method

Cooking Pasta

  1. 1

    Boil the Linguine

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Making the Lobster Sauce

  1. 2

    Sauté Aromatics

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and diced shallots, and sauté until fragrant and translucent, about 2-3 minutes.

  2. 3

    Add Lobster and Sauce Ingredients

Stir in the chopped lobster meat, then add the heavy cream, tomato puree, and white wine. Mix well and bring to a simmer.

  3. 4

    Season the Sauce

Add red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to the sauce. Allow it to simmer for about 5-7 minutes until thickened slightly.

Cooking Seafood

  1. 5

    Cook the Seafood

In another skillet, add a splash of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp, scallops, clams, and mussels. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and the clams and mussels have opened.

Combining and Serving

  1. 6

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the drained linguine to the lobster sauce and toss to coat the pasta evenly.

  2. 7

    Plate and Garnish

Serve the pasta on plates, topped with the cooked seafood. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
