Making Lychee Puree

Prepare the Lychee
Drain the canned lychee and place them in a blender. Add water and blend until smooth.

Strain the Puree
Pour the lychee mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl to remove any pulp. Set aside.
Preparing Lemonade

Make the Lemonade Base
In a pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice, water, and granulated sugar. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Combine with Lychee Puree
Add the lychee puree to the lemonade base in the pitcher. Stir until well combined.

Add Ice and Garnish
Add ice cubes to the pitcher. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for an additional refreshing flavor.
