Method

Preparing the Seabass

  1. 1

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to a medium-high temperature, about 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Season the Fish

Brush the seabass fillets with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Season both sides with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.

  3. 3

    Grill the Seabass

Place the seasoned seabass fillets on the grill. Grill for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and has nice grill marks.

Making the House Sauce

  1. 4

    Prepare Ingredients

Mince 3 cloves of garlic and chop 1 cup of fresh parsley. Combine in a mixing bowl.

  2. 5

    Mix the Sauce

Add 2 tablespoons of capers, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon of honey, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to the bowl. Stir well to combine.

  3. 6

    Season the Sauce

Taste the sauce and add salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning as needed.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Dish

Once the seabass is grilled to perfection, carefully remove it from the grill and place it on serving plates.

  2. 8

    Add the House Sauce

Spoon the house sauce generously over the grilled seabass. Serve immediately while hot.
