Prepare the Chicken
In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and lemon juice. Add the chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the Vegetables
Slice the tomatoes and cucumber into thin slices. Set aside for serving.

Grill the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Fry the Eggs
In a non-stick skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and fry until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Assembly

Plate the Dish
On a plate, serve a scoop of rice, topped with sliced grilled chicken. Arrange the sliced tomatoes and cucumber on the side. Place the fried egg on top of the rice. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
