Cooking Pasta

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add a generous pinch of salt to the boiling water.

Cook Linguine
Add the linguine to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.

Reserve Pasta Water
Before draining the pasta, reserve about 1 cup of the pasta cooking water, then drain the linguine.

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the unsalted butter and allow it to melt completely.

Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Cook for an additional minute to blend the flavors.
Combining Noodles and Sauce

Adjust Consistency
If the noodles seem dry, gradually add some reserved pasta water, a little at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste, ensuring the noodles are flavorful.
Serving
