Chicken Wings
Method
Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it is hot and ready for the wings.
- 2
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- 3
Season the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, fish sauce, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the wings are evenly coated with the seasoning.
Cooking
- 4
Arrange the Wings
Lay the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easier cleanup.
- 5
Bake the Wings
Bake the chicken wings in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, turning them halfway through to ensure even cooking. They should be golden brown and crispy.
- 6
Add Parmesan (Optional)
If you prefer garlic Parmesan wings, remove the wings from the oven during the last 5 minutes of cooking and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over them. Return to the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving
- 7
Serve the Wings
Remove the wings from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
