Preparation

Prepare the Lobster
If using live Maine lobster, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the lobster tails or whole lobsters and cook for about 8-10 minutes. If using frozen lobster tails, thaw them in the refrigerator overnight, then boil for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.

Prepare the Seafood
In another large pot, fill with water and add 1 tablespoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of Old Bay seasoning. Bring to a boil. Add the shrimp, crawfish, clams, and mussels (choose any three). Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the seafood is cooked and opened.

Cook the Sausages
In a separate pan, cook the sausages over medium heat until browned and heated through, about 10-12 minutes. Slice them into bite-sized pieces.

Combine and Serve
Drain the seafood mixture and transfer it to a large serving platter. Add the lobster on top, followed by the sausages, corn, and potatoes. Melt the butter with minced garlic and squeeze lemon juice over the seafood mixture. Drizzle the garlic butter over the entire platter, season with additional Old Bay, salt, and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
