Burger Preparation

Cook the Wagyu Patties
Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the Wagyu beef patties with salt and pepper. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and place a slice of American cheese on top. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the patties are cooked to your desired doneness.

Prepare the Burger Buns
While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until they are golden brown.

Prepare Tomato and Lettuce
Slice the tomato into even rounds. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
Assemble the Burger

Layer the Ingredients
On the bottom half of each toasted burger bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by a slice of tomato. Add the cooked Wagyu patty with melted cheese on top, followed by the grilled onions. Spread 2 tablespoons of spicy aioli on the top half of the bun, then place it on top of the assembled burger.
