Preparation

   Chill the Glass

   Begin by chilling a martini glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and letting it sit while you prepare the cocktail.

   Combine Ingredients

   In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Scapegrace Classic Gin, 1 oz of Grey Goose Vodka, and 0.5 oz of Lillet Blanc.

   Add Ice

   Fill the shaker with ice cubes to the top. This will help chill and dilute the drink as you shake.

   Shake the Mixture

   Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to ensure the mixture is well chilled.

   Strain into Glass

   Discard the ice water from the chilled martini glass. Using a cocktail strainer, pour the mixture from the shaker into the glass.

   Garnish

   Twist a lemon peel over the cocktail to release its oils, then drop it into the glass as a garnish.
