    Gather All Ingredients

    Collect all the ingredients listed above to ensure you have everything needed to prepare The Lyre’s Spritz.

    Chill the Glass

    Place your serving glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes to chill it, enhancing the refreshing qualities of the drink.

Mixing

    Combine the Ingredients

    In a mixing glass, pour 2 oz of Lyre’s Orange Bitter and stir gently to combine.

    Add the Sparkling Wine

    Slowly pour 5 oz of Steinbock Zero Alcohol Sparkling Wine into the mixing glass with the orange bitter.

    Stir Gently

    Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture gently to combine the flavors without losing the fizz of the sparkling wine.

Serving

    Pour into Chilled Glass

    Take the chilled glass out of the freezer and carefully pour the mixture into the glass.

    Add a slice of orange and 5 fresh mint leaves on top for garnish.
