Method

Lobster Salad Preparation

  1. 1

    Combine Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked and chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, finely chopped celery, chopped green onions, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and chopped fresh dill.

  2. 2

    Mix Well

Gently fold all the ingredients together until evenly mixed. Be careful not to break the lobster meat too much.

  3. 3

    Chill

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the lobster salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Bun Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare Buns

While the lobster salad is chilling, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.

  2. 5

    Toast Buns

Split the brioche buns in half and place them cut side down in the skillet. Toast until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.

  3. 6

    Assemble

Remove the toasted buns from the skillet and spoon a generous amount of lobster salad onto the bottom half of each bun. Top with the other half of the bun.
