Prepare the Glass
Select a highball glass and fill it with ice cubes to chill.

Measure the Whisky
Using a jigger, measure out 2 oz of Macallan 12 Year Double Cask Scotch Whisky and pour it over the ice in the glass.

Add Soda Water
Pour 4 oz of soda water gently into the glass over the whisky to maintain the carbonation.

Garnish with Lemon
Take a slice of lemon and drop it into the glass. Optionally, you can squeeze a bit of the lemon juice into the drink before adding the slice.

Finish with Lemon Zest
Sprinkle 1 tsp of lemon zest on top for an aromatic finish.
