Shape the Gnocchi
Divide the dough into 4 portions. Roll each portion into long ropes about 1/2 inch thick, then cut them into 1-inch pieces. Press each piece with a fork to create grooves.

Cook the Gnocchi
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook until they float to the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
Parmesan Cream Sauce Preparation

Make the Cream Sauce
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Crab Mixture Preparation

Prepare the Crab
In a bowl, gently mix the jumbo lump crab meat with lemon juice, fresh parsley, and salt to taste. Be careful not to break the crab pieces.
Assembly

Combine and Serve
In a large serving bowl, combine the cooked gnocchi with the Parmesan cream sauce. Gently fold in the crab mixture. Drizzle with black winter truffle oil before serving.
