Prepare the Marinade
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Marinate the Fish
Place the bronzino filets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Cook the Fish
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated bronzino filets and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until the fish is flaky and cooked through.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the chopped heirloom tomatoes, diced avocado, thinly sliced red onion, and chopped fresh basil.

In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Pour over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Plantain Chips

Prepare the Plantains
Peel the green plantains and slice them thinly on a diagonal to create chips.

Carefully add the plantain slices to the hot oil in batches, frying until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
