Marinade and Rib-eye
Method
Preparation and Cooking
- 1
Marinate the Rib-eye
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, black pepper, and salt. Place the rib-eye steaks in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the steaks. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Grill the Rib-eye
Remove the rib-eye steaks from the marinade and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

Rest and Serve
Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute within the meat. Serve with your choice of sides.
